As a sponsored triathlete and runner who has received podium finishes in Olympic Triathlons, Kyle knows how to bring out the best in his riders, while keeping a smile on their face. Party

What energy do you bring to your classes?

I bring the party vibe, I bring positivity and laughter. A lot of my riders will say that they find themselves cracking up throughout the class, while dying on the bike, and pushing themselves harder than they ever have but still with a smile on their face. They always leave saying “that was f***ing fun, and I worked my ass off.”

What Swerve challenges do you have your eye on?

I’m obsessed with the Race Challenge. It’s an opportunity to go balls to the wall and truly empty your tank. If you’re one of my riders you can always look forward to a couple races in class.

What does team mean to you?

I truly believe that we’re stronger as a team, we’re stronger together. There’s an Aesop’s Fable that I like to talk about where the father said to all of his sons, “you have two sticks, I want to see you guys break them”. They try to break their sticks and they all break in half. Then the father says “I want you to take your sticks, bundle them up together and then try to break them”. When they try to break them as a bundle they wouldn’t break. I feel like that’s what team means to me, is that we’re stronger as a team and together we're unbreakable, and that’s why I love Swerve.
