As you can tell, he doesn’t take himself too seriously, but with almost a decade of experience working as a personal trainer and group cycling instructor, he’s serious about your workout. This former college baseball player and fashion model will keep you on your toes as he delivers consistent motivation and laughter in each and every ride.

What energy do you bring to your classes?

Focused energy. It’s an accessible workout, it’s one that’s going to challenge you, and I want everyone focused during our ride on achieving whatever it is they want to achieve.

What Swerve challenges do you have your eye on?

Oh the challenges, mama, I love the Power Up Challenge. I love adding resistance, I love bringing strength to the bike. I love getting rid of any idea that you cannot be strong and you cannot build muscle.

What does team mean to you?

The people that have your back, the people that you trust. Even if you don’t know them that well, in the workout, in a team-centered experience, you know those are your peeps.
